Our History
Founded in 1936, Baker Truck Equipment
is the local, family owned source for West Virginia’s truck body, equipment, and accessory needs. We specialize in the design, manufacture, paint, and installation of truck equipment for customers ranging from individual contractors to large oil and gas companies or municipalities. Our expert staff have the skills and experience to install standard equipment or to design and fabricate custom applications.
To better serve our customers, we stock a wide variety of products including truck bodies, cranes, air compressors, snow plows, salt spreaders, fuel transfer tanks and pumps, power inverters, custom built heavy-duty drawer units, truck toppers, truck boxes, off road/safety lighting, and a full selection of parts needed for repairs. We also have a full-time service mechanic that works remotely at locations convenient to our customers.
